The young Dutch company Aerfal Automotive decided to implement an ambitious project to revive the spirit of the famous sports coupe Porsche Carrera GTS with the index 904, which was produced in an extremely limited series in the mid-sixties of the last century. The historic model 904 was created for participation in races and had a rare for that time road version, officially approved for use on public roads, which makes it a desirable object for collectors and connoisseurs of automotive art. The basis for the creation of a new restomod was the platform of the Porsche 914 model, which was produced in the seventies in a sufficiently large number, which makes it a logical and relatively affordable donor for similar projects, in contrast to the museum and prohibitively expensive original.

The exterior and concept of the car was developed by the famous French designer Alan Derosier, known for his work on many exclusive projects, including the Kiska APG-1 hypercar and the Marc Philipp Gemballa Marsien SUV. The modeling of the future car was entrusted to Antoine Brigot, a specialist in the field of computer graphics, whose professional experience at the company Avatr guarantees impeccable quality of visualization and elaboration of all body parts, which preserves the recognizable proportions and central engine layout of its legendary prototype. The appearance of the novelty will be complemented by modern LED headlights, alloy wheels, stylized for the retro era, and a unique system of access to the interior, where the doors open together with large sections of the roof.

The engineering part of the project was distributed among several world-renowned companies specializing in the creation of high-performance components for motor sports and road cars of the extra class. So, the production of the complex chassis for the future car was undertaken by the Canadian company Multimatic, and fine-tuning of the suspension and all driving characteristics will be carried out by specialists from the British company Tuthill, who have extensive experience working with racing Porsches. Brands such as Brembo, which is responsible for braking mechanisms, Michelin, which provided high-speed tires, and BBS, whose alloy wheels will be the final touch in the undercarriage, will provide components.

The heart of the revived coupe will be a completely new eight-cylinder opposed engine, in the development of which, according to unconfirmed data, the famous engineering company Cosworth took part. The atmospheric power unit with air cooling will receive an increased working volume of up to four liters, which will allow it to develop a power of about four hundred horsepower, providing a modern level of dynamics while preserving the sound characteristic of classic Porsches. The interior decoration of the salon will be maintained in the spirit of the analog era and will delight the driver with a minimalist instrument panel with retro dials, as well as high-quality leather and titanium trim, emphasizing the exclusive status of the car.
